Although he has sub-specialist interests in minimally invasive thyroid, salivary gland and laparoscopic anti-reflux surgeries, Hann also performs surgical procedures for all patients across the entire breadth of General Surgery. He has visiting rights to Bendigo Health, St John of God Hospital, Bendigo Day Surgery, Castlemaine Health and Echuca Regional Health. Hann is extremely passionate about surgical education, and is currently the Supervisor of Surgical Training for Bendigo Health. He was named as 'Best Regional Surgical Teacher' by Austin Health trainees in 2019. In his spare time, Hann enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, playing badminton and going to the gym.
